A bit more practice with silhouettes.
It is always nice to spend a sunny Sunday morning just watching the world go by. There is always something gong on; family outings, snappers, dogs taking their owners for walkies people feeding the birds, artists good, bad and indifferent entertaining the passers-by…
Just as I looked round, a number of people grabbed their phones to take a picture of the sunset from the Balcón de Europa, so I grabbed my camera and managed to get off a quick shot.
On and off rain since the early hours of this morning, as had been forecast, but plenty of sunnyish periods in between the showers. The odd clap of thunder here and there but nothing too dramatic.
What an interesting use for an old laptop! At least one assumes it is an old one.
For a bit of a laugh and something different I decided to give myself a ‘theme challenge’, so off I went in search of a suitable spot. Parking myself, I then spent the next forty minutes or so just taking pictures of one thing, footwear.

The bubble blowers were making some great bubbles on the Balcón de Europa and passers by, young and old, were having a go, some with very respectable results.
Bar Antelo in Plaza de la Ermita, has now become El Rincón de Eva. Bar Antelo had been around for as long as I can remember, always a ‘cheap and cheerful’ place.
