The former Centro supermarket on the corner of calle Manual Marín and avenida Castilla Perez in Nerja has reopened, completely refurbished, as Express. The closing down, gutting and refurb didn’t take very long at all. So, what’s it like?
I suppose you would describe it as a medium-sized supermarket, well stocked, has a cooler for foods for ‘on the go’ – salads, sandwiches etc, has a delivery service and is open on Sundays and festives. What more could you ask?
It may be a few cents dearer than some other places for some items but, from my quick look round, it looks very good. And it even has two checkouts!
