Can’t get bored with being bitten to pieces by mosquitoes. I don’t think there are that many of them about but those that are seem to have a voracious appetite. Slightly cooler now…at times.
Not such a common sight these days, fewer carriages (generally only one on duty) and fewer people taking rides at any time of the year. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them disappear completely before too long, been on the cards for a few years now.
La Nube is the cafe now serving Plaza Cantarero, with its terrace on the square. Nice place to sit, relax and watch the world rush (metaphorically speaking, this is Spain) by. Coffee and a toasted sandwich (tuna, egg, mayo etc) €3.50, so quite reasonable.
