Plumbago
Plumbago is not an affliction but a plant originating in South Africa and now found all over the world as a climbing plant and house plant.
It is semi-evergreen with lovely blue flowers. It is also known as the Cape Leadwort, Blue Plumbago, Cape Plumbago and probably a few others besides.
In Spanish it is Celestina or Jazmin del Cielo
